In what has been described as a very rare occurrence a resident of Denver, Colorado has won a lottery in England of £750,000(Approx. $1.2M).
Dirk Lewandowski in his interview said "My mother was Polish and she would always say that I was a lucky boy, I had opened a new email address because my old address was full and this was the 25th email I get. Incidentally my birthday is on the 25th and 25 is also my lucky number also I'm a major Coca-Cola fan, which could be why they selected me, I have even liked their page on Facebook"
He went on to add how he intend to spend the money, "I would donate 10% of it to Mitt Romney whom I support as president and the other 90% I intend not to waste like that, I have been a lifelong Republican and now is the time for me to vote Romney because now that I'm rich and he would care for people like me"
"I would invest in firms that outsource and invest some amount of money in tax-havens like the Cayman Islands just like my idol Mitt."
He was kind enough to share the email with us and statisticians say that such an occurrence has a chance of 1 in 500M, so in the whole world there would be at most 13 people who get this email. When asked if the number 13 meant any kind of bad luck to the recipients of the prize, the statistician was non-committal and said "I am yet to calculate that".
